1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services of NuevoHorizons BloomLab (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. Services and Access
We provide online floristry courses and related resources. Access may include time-limited licenses and content updates as described at purchase.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
- Do not share, resell, or redistribute course content without permission.
- Do not attempt to breach security, scrape, or disrupt service operation.
- Do not post unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
5. Payments and Refunds
Prices are shown before applicable taxes. Unless otherwise stated, purchases are non-transferable. Refunds follow our 14-day policy described on the FAQ and during checkout.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials are owned by NuevoHorizons BloomLab or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal learning use.
7. Disclaimers
Courses provide educational guidance. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your license ends, but provisions that by their nature should survive do so.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and disputes shall be resolved in San Francisco County courts.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will post the date of the latest revision and may notify you for material changes.
